We invite you to buy and install up to 3,600 feet (3 reels) of ElectroBraid ™ on your property. If you are not 100% satisfied simply return the purchased materials within 12 months for a FULL refund. This offer is limited to one trial only for a new ElectroBraid ™ customer.
ElectroBraid™ will not rust, rot, lose strength due to sunlight or weathering, break when installed as permanent fence or prove defective in workmanship or material. Any reel of ElectroBraid™ with such a defect will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser at any time up to 25 years from the date of purchase.
Limitations This warranty does not cover ElectroBraid™ that has been damaged by lightning strike, burning or melting, mechanical shearing or cutting, abrasion due to poor installation, breakage due to excess mechanical force or wear from relocation or rotational grazing. In no event shall ElectroBraid™ be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, including personal injuires.
To obtain performance under this warranty: upon discovery of an apparent defect, promptly notify ElectroBraid Fence Limited, in writing at 236 Water Street, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, B5A 4P8.
Include with your notification at least 12 feet of Braid™ showing the apparent defect along with your proof of purchase.
The ElectroBraid™ Safety Warranty is available to any customer who agrees in writing to observe our Safe Fence Guidelines.
We want to help you protect your horses from injury. Under the terms of a formal Agreement with you, we will pay up to $5,000 in vet bills if one of you horses is injured.
This is not a marketing gimmick. If you have a horse injured and your equine vet confirms that you were duly observing our Safe Fencing Guidelines, we will pay. If we do not pay, our failure to pay is subject to review by the AAEP (the American Association of Equine Practitioners). We have committed to the AAEP that we will pay as promised under the terms of this Warranty.
Terms and Conditions and our Safe Fencing Guidelines are detailed in our Safety Warranty Application Form and Agreement.
This Warranty expresses our Company's belief in the inherent safety of our fence system.
These Warranties and guarantees are expressly in lieu of any verbal or other warranties.
In no event shall ElectroBraid be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind, including personal injuries.
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of the ship date, ElectroBraid™ Fence Limited will refund the freight charge for that order. This guarantee applies to Standard Shipping only.
This guarantee applies to the continental United States and Canada but does not apply to commercial orders or Geotek's fiberglass post products.
If
you purchased your ElectroBraid™
from a reseller or installer it is important to fill out
a registration form in order to register your warranty. Contact us for
this form so you can fill it out and either fax or mail it directly to
ElectroBraid Fence™ Limited.
If you bought your fence system from a registered Sales
Partner and the order was shipped to you directly then your warranty is
automatically registered.
